  Price Payment Plan
 
 
 
1. Down Payment Plan
At the time of Booking 10% of BSP
Within 45 Days of Booking 85% of BSP + 50% Additional Charges + 100% PLC + 100% EDC & IDC
At the time of Possession 5% of BSP + 50% Additional Charges
2. Construction Linked Plan
At the time of Booking 10% of BSP
Within 45 Days of Booking 15% of BSP + 25% PLC + 100% EDC & IDC
Within 75 Days of Booking 10% of BSP + 25% PLC
On Start of Excavation 5% of BSP + 25% PLC
On Completion of foundation 5% of BSP + 25% PLC
On Completion of Ground Floor roof Slab Casting 5% of BSP
On Completion of Second Floor roof Slab Casting 10% of BSP
On Completion of Fifth Floor roof Slab Casting 10% of BSP
On Completion of Seventh Floor roof Slab Casting 10% of BSP
On Completion of Last Floor roof Slab Casting 5% of BSP
On Completion of Internal Plaster 5% of BSP
On Completion of flooring 5% of BSP + 50% Additional Charges
At the time of Possession 5% of BSP + 50% Additional Charges

*Option I: Interest Subvention Scheme*

Pre-EMI / Interest paid to the financial institution for the period of
initial 24 months or upto the date of offer for possession whichever is
earlier shall be borne by the Company

Option II : Non Interest Subvention Scheme (Self Interest bearing finance)*

i)* Discount @ Rs.100/- per sq.ft. on Basic Sale Price in case of
Construction Linked Plan.

ii)* Discount @ Rs. 200/- per sq.ft. on Basic Sale Price in case of Down
Payment Plan.

Note :

1. Prices are firm and esclation free from the respective dates of Booking.

2. Prices indicated above are subject to revision at the discretion of the Company. Prices ruling on the date of Booking shall be applicable

3. External Development Charges (EDC) & Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC) shall be payable @ Rs.150/- per Sq.ft. In case of any upward revision thereof or any other charges levied by any Govt. agencies/authorities in future, the same will be recovered on pro-rata basis.

4. Other charges as indicated in the Buyer Agreement shall be payable additionally.

5. The Payment due at the time of booking on the basis of payment plan shall be paid within 45 days of booking and the balance shall be paid as per payment plan.

6. Project will be completed within 36 months with penalty clause as per Buyers Agreement

7. Registration Stamp Duty and other charges as applicable would be payable by the allottee at the time of execution of sale deed.

8. Any additional facility, if provided will be charged extra.

9. All units are of universal specifications only except penthouses & 4+1 Bed Room apartments.

10. Deluxe specification is available only on written accepted request on additional payment of Rs. 200/- per sq. ft. However the company may change this rate of its sole discreation from time to time.

11. ECC & FFC will be charged on actual pro-rata basis at the time of possession in addition to the price/charges stated above.

12. The above mentioned area are super built-up areas which includes covered plus proportionate share of common area such as stair case, passage, community space, lift facilities etc.

13. All building plans, layout, specifications etc. are tentative and subject to variation and modification as decided by the company or competent authority.

14. Universal, Deluxe, International specification has been defined in Brouchure of the Company for the project.
